I called and talked to Heather. She went above and beyond trying to work me into their schedule and got me a fast response. Great communication and she let me know when they were on the way. Ben and Dan also called when they were on the way and arrived and resolved the problem. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. They took the time to return the property and edging back to how it looked before they began their work. Very fair price and very professional. They are by go to company from now on and I highly recommend them.
Extremely positive experience! Had an emergent issue on a weekend; called the 24-hour helpline; got an immediate call back; tech showed up sooner than expected; top quality service! Charles was fabulous...ask for him by name! Walked me through the system, explained how things worked, focused on quality and thoroughness. Helped identify a damaged part and had a replacement installed right away. The entire team at Moore's communicated clearly worked to help me, showed when they said they would, and charged what they quoted. I won't use anyone else to treat my septic system needs!
Your company is awesome. These gentlemen exceeded my expectations which is difficult because I have been a customer service manager for many years.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. The trust and confidence they inspire is amazing. We have quite a track record together: the first time I called them was in the middle of a storm on July 4th weekend. Justin was such a professional as he went about his work without even blinking. The next time, Mike came out late on a Saturday night to solve some unknown problem with my sump pump, which he quickly diagnosed and fixed on the spot. But it’s the way these folks do business that’s most impressive. From the time you call in with a problem, Heather immediately grasps the issue and works to prioritize the support you need. Both times, she was able to dispatch one of the guys hours and sometimes even days before it looked like they had an opening. Everyone in the company is honest, hard-working, and an expert in what they do. They also happen to all be very nice people, and for my money, nice is a highly underrated quality. My sincere thanks to Mike and Justin and Heather for always being there for me. As I said, I just can’t say enough good about Moore’s.
My son’s wedding was planned at my home last Saturday. On Thursday I awoke to find my toilets would not flush. With over 60 guests expected my wife and I were very concerned. I called your office and explained my dilemma to Heather. She was very professional, knowledge and calming and assured me she was certain they would be able to handle my emergency that afternoon. I was called later that day by Mike Roy. He told me he was on the way and gave me an estimated arrival time. Mike arrived on time and immediately went to work. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was careful to dig only where necessary and explained to me exactly what he was doing. I was very impressed with his demeanor and competence. You are fortunate to have employees like Heather and Mike working for your company. I will contact you if I ever need septic service in the future and will also recommend your company to all my friends and associates.
Thank You so much for prompt service yesterday. Kylee was very helpful with honest information which I appreciate more than anything! I will only be calling Moores Septic in the future and will pass on the good word. Thanks Again.
Thank you so much for your help today. It means a lot. Your tech Kylee was on point and you all know how to make a customer happy. Again thank you.
I wanted to let you know that we had to call the "on call" service last night due to our toilets not flushing and tubs not draining. Zach came out around 9pm, and was wonderful. He was very professional and helped keep us at ease. He is a very hard worker. My boyfriend works for the county utility dept, and was very impressed with how hard Zach was working. He got the job done efficiently. It's not easy going out at night, leaving your wife and kids, but Zach put us, the customer first, and that really showed to us.
Thank you for everything.
I recently had an great experience with Moore's Sand and Septic. They were extremely responsive, and the gentleman that came to provide service was polite, respectful of my property and very helpful. I was very happy with their service and would gladly call them again. I highly recommend them.

We bought our restaurant in the summer of 1999. The first day of July to be exact. The fourth of July was on a Sunday and a stellar day for any restaurant. I live down the street from the restaurant and that morning there was a knock on my door. It was our general manager Tim, with a very serious look on his face. “The lift station stopped working and the back yard is overflowing with sewage!” I did not even know what a lift station was!
We had big plans for this hot sunny day. Celebrating new ownership, enjoying reggae Sunday and a cold beer was what we had planned. In stead we were shoveling sewage and grease in our flip flops on a hot Sunday morning trying to get the restaurant open. We called Moore’s for a so-called “emergency pump out”. Moore’s came to our rescue and solved our problems.
Needless to say, we have been a loyal customer ever since. We use Moore’s at our satellite location on State Road 16 an at our residence as well.
Moores sand and septic have done work on our septic tank 2 times in the past 3 years. The first time they came out, was to pump out our septic. The appointment time was quick to get, convenient to my schedule, and they arrived right on time. The gentleman was courteous and professional. The price, for the amount of work he had to do, was incomparable.
The most recent visit, was this year, in February. We had noticed a foul door in the house, pooling of liquid around the tank, and slow running drains. One quick call, and we were put on the schedule for a new septic pump, and quicker than we thought! Again, the guys were prompt, courteous, and professional. Even though the guys had run into a couple of difficulties in removing the old pump, the price remained the same, and their attitudes remained professional. I have, and do recommend Moore's Sand and Septic, from office to field, these folks are #1.
